Base requise
État 0.0.3-beta.1 committé et poussé après application du history :
history/0.0.3/beta.1.md = PASS
La version devient :
0.0.3-rc.1
Objet
Geler le scope de 0.0.3 et exécuter sa gate complète de release candidate.
Aucune nouvelle fonctionnalité, dépendance, crate, route, comportement Git, décision PostgreSQL/Web ou modification de l'horizon produit n'est introduite.
Scope
La RC remplace uniquement :

La gate doit retrouver exactement les huit histories antérieurs suivants :

prompt 004 -> handoff 0.0.4 présent, sans commit/SHA futur inventé
La présentation stable appartient à rel.1, pas à la RC.

Produire le history avec le résultat exact puis une tranche rc.1.fix.1 strictement bornée à la régression observée. Ne pas promouvoir la stable tant que la RC n'est pas PASS.
