## Nature de la tranche

`beta.1` est une tranche de stabilisation et de réconciliation. Elle n'ajoute aucune grande fonctionnalité, aucune crate, aucune dépendance, aucune route et aucun comportement Git.

- les contrats Git/synchronisation réellement obtenus ;
- les `DEFER` et hors-scope ;
- les références historiques ambiguës aux alphas `0.0.1` ;
- le changelog candidat ;
- la revue d'horizon.

Les warnings de dépendances frontend déjà connus ne constituent pas à eux seuls un `FAIL` si les commandes npm/Vite terminent avec succès.

Un `PASS` autorise uniquement `0.0.2-rc.1`. Un échec requis produit un history factuel et un `beta.1.fix.N` ou un REPLAN selon la nature du défaut.
