+Promouvoir mécaniquement la release candidate validée vers la stable `0.0.1`, finaliser les métadonnées vivantes de la release et préparer le commit/tag stable.
+
+Cette tranche n'introduit aucune nouvelle règle normative ni aucun nouveau scope fonctionnel.
