## Objet

Ouvrir le gate technique final de `0.3.11` sans ajouter de scope fonctionnel.

## Changements

- passage de `workspace.package.version` à `0.3.11-pre.11` ;
- clôture documentaire du gate `pre.010-fix.001` ;
- matérialisation du gate final workspace, all-targets/all-features ;
- réintroduction volontaire des arbres Cargo Worker normal/features et de `cargo tree --duplicates` pour la validation finale ;
- aucun changement de code productif, test, dépendance ou feature.
